The Rath R9DST is a dependant bass trombone with tuning in the slide. Tuning in the slide allows for a completely conical bell section which on the R9DST has been designed with the interchangable bell flare fitting which is common to all of our bass trombones. This means that players have all the options and flexibility available on all of our other trombones.
