We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable).
PAYMENTS/PURCHASES
All orders must be paid in advance via Cashiers Check, MC or Visa. or Discover Card. Foreign orders require a bank check in US funds drawn on a US bank or bank wire transfer. There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
ORDER STATUS
We will confirm receipt and shipment details within 2 business days. Most items ship within 24 hours (weekends excluded); items not in stock will ship when available. UPS customers are provided with a tracking number. No tracking numbers on USPS items. There is a 15% restocking fee for refused or undeliverable items.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, please call 1-732- 634-3399 during store hours for a Return Authorization Number which is required for all returns. For a full refund of the merchandise purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable), the item(s) must be received within 10 days after issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be in original condition and NOT show signs of wear and include original packaging, accessories and paperwork. The manufacturers box, warranty and manual must NOT be written on and the box must be resealed with clear tape only.
Our standard shipping charge will be applied to all returned instruments that qualified for free shipping.
The following items are NOT returnable:
Special order and final sale items
Books, CDs and any copy-protected materials
Disposable products including cleaning and care products

You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our location. Repack and double box your return carefully with the RA # written on the outside shipping box. There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee if instructions are not followed.

Include a copy of your invoice with the RA # and reason for return printed clearly on it. You should insure your return for the full value of your purchase using a tracking service such as UPS or FedEx. Save your tracking number, we are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks for processing of return. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. All other refunds are by company check.
Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization # is subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges out.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. Please call 1-732-634-3399 during normal store hours within 48 hours from time of receipt for return instructions.
MOUTHPIECE POLICY
Mouthpiece trial period is 7 days from day of receipt. You may order up to 3 mouthpieces.
MOUTHPIECE RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your mouthpiece purchase within 7 days of receipt, please call 1-732-634-3399 during store hours for a Return Authorization Number which is required for all returns. For a full refund of the merchandise purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable), the item(s) must be received within 10 days after issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All mouthpieces must be free of blemishes and in original packaging. Scratched or damaged items will be returned and charged for return shipping costs.
If all mouthpieces in an order are returned, a $2.50 restocking & sterilization fee will apply. Late returns will be subject to a $10 fee per mouthpiece.

DAMAGED MECHANDISE POLICY
To qualify for return shipping you must call 1-732-634-3399 to report any problems within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise.
Repack merchandise using all original packing materials and boxes. Items missing original packaging may not qualify for damage protection. Include all original paperwork (warranty, accessories etc.). We will arrange for a shipper to pickup the merchandise and carefully inspect it for shipping damage. Upon receiving the damaged merchandise, we will ship a replacement. To avoid restocking fees, please be sure all original contents and packaging are returned. Return and restocking fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.
