What Forms of Payment do we accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Bank Wire Transfer ($25 feel applies to all bank transfers) and/or any major credit/debit
card that bears the VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERCARD, OR AMEX logo. We also accept PAYPAL.
How do you ship and is insurance included?
Dillon Music ships via UPS and USPS. All shipments are insured
and any item over $200 requires an adult signature. ***Please call for all shipping quotes for Tubas.
Duties and Taxes on International Orders?
Dillon Music is not responsible for any duties and taxes that a customer might incur on all international orders. It is
the responsibility of the customer to contact their local government for information before placing their order.
Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?
All on-line orders that are $39 and above qualify for free shipping within the continental United States. This
excludes tubas and tuba cases.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?
If your items are in stock, we will usually have your order in the mail within two business days. If your items are out of stock, we will update you with an email and work to get your items as quickly as possible.
Used Mouthpieces Return Policy?
All used mouthpieces are available for purchase exclusively via our on-line store. These products
are non-returnable, non-refundable. At this time we are not accepting phone orders on used mouthpieces.
Do I have to pay New Jersey Sales Tax?
Dillon Music has a retail location here in Woodbridge, New Jersey. If you are making a purchase inside our
retail location you will be charged New Jersey Sales Tax. However, if you are placing a phone or web order and
your items are being shipped across state lines, you are not subject to New Jersey state tax.
What happens when my item is out of stock?
Dillon Music tries to keep the most items possible in stock; however sometimes items will not be available for
immediate shipping. Customers are not charged until their items have arrived and are ready to ship. Please keep in
mind our web site does not indicate stock. We will do our best to get your items to you are quickly as possible.
