The Bob Reeves Brass Cylinder Reinforcer is a precision washer that fits in the bottom valve cap. By creating an acoustical damp, the reinforcer reduces energy and resonance loss out of the bottom of the valve cluster. Experience better sound projection and more secure slotting. For use in either the 3rd valve or 1st valve.
