Callet DT-10 Mouthpiece
I bought a Callet Jazz trumpet new almost 20 years ago and it came with the DT-10 mouthpiece. The best trumpet I ever owned plus I've used this same mouthpiece ever since. Over the the years the DT-10 has become somewhat worn and alot of the plating has come off. I became worried that if I lost it, it was irreplaceable and on several occasions corresponded with Jerome Callet to see if he had any more. He didn't. Imagine then my delight at finding this has now been remade! What I love about this mouthpiece is the large soft rim and the great intonation and projection. Don't be fooled by the shallow cup - sure this will deliver power and range but also warmth and rich tone. Perfect for super C but also pedal C. A truly great mouthpiece. Thanks Dillons for stocking these!
