Follow up re. bass trombone purchase
After contacting Dillon Music re. a tight tuning slide, they offered to pay to have it adjusted. I was able to do this locally and the horn now plays beautifully. I also find that the extra Eflat slide is a real bonus and gives me options for very useful alternate positions. I would definitely purchase items from Dillon Music in the future.

Dillon Bass Trombone
Overall excellent horn. Very good sound all ranges. Slide action smooth. One slight problem was it came with E flat slide installed instead of G flat. G flat slide is tight and needs rubber mallet to adjust. Trigger design (which must be very common) is awkward to use. Have not found best way to hold it yet. Both valves function very well. Overall very pleased with horn. Wonderful value for the money.
