The leather trumpet valve guard protects the plating on your instruments and allows for secure holding of the trumpet while playing. Our guard is especially recommended on raw brass trumpets to keep the metal from oxidizing and to keep the player’s hands clean. The KGU Brass guard is hand made from high quality genuine “Crazy Horse” leather, durable, nice to touch and trendy looking. The interior lining is manufactured from soft genuine suede to absorb moisture, oil and lube residue that may find its way onto the valve housing. The guard is easily secured on the instrument with Velcro (hook & loop) closure and fits most trumpet models.
