Used King 1159 Double French horn (SN: 296946) in lacquer with hard-shell case, manufactured in the late 1940s. 12" bell and 4 rotor valves of .468" bore. Instrument is in good/fair condition for its age with heavy surface scratching/lacquer wear, dings/dents, evidence of dent repair/resoldering throughout, and prior repair to the bell flare. Includes original case. Despite the wear, this horn has a great sound and slots well.
