Used Conn 8D F/Bb double French horn in lacquered nickel silver. Features include a Kruspe wrap, .468" bore, and large throat bell. Instrument is in good/fair condition with heavy lacquer wear and surface scratching throughout, dings/dents, heavier metal wear at contact points, and evidence of dent repair throughout (particularly on the bell/bell flare). Compression is good at around 2.0 for each valve.
Despite its look, this horn plays well, with that classic 8D sound and would make a great first double horn.
