Used Reynolds Chambers F/Bb double French horn in lacquer finish. Features include a .468" bore, Kruspe wrap, and yellow brass construction. The leadpipe has been replaced with a used Conn 6D leadpipe. Instrument is in fair condition with heavy surface scratching, lacquer wear on the valve seciton, prior resoldering, and heavier dings/dents + dent repair.
Despite the cosmetics, this horn plays well with a big resonant sound. Valves are also in OK/Good shape, with the compression blowing a 3.0 overall. Yellow brass Chambers model horns are rare and this a good chance to get a piece of history at a low price. No case.
