Used Yamaha Custom YHR-87D F/Bb French horn in lacquer finish. This model is an international-only release instrument and is uncommon in the USA. Features include a Knopf wrap, .472" bore, engraved valve caps, and medium detachable yellow brass bell flare.
Instrument is in good condition apart from heavy surface scratching and lacquer wear, some dings (one on the bell ring, which does not effect function), some metal wear at contact points and some evidence of some prior dent repair (primarily in the bell flare). Despite some cosmetic challenges, this horn plays quite well. This is a great deal on a custom level horn from Yamaha. Includes original Yamaha case.
