Product Information
Used Paxman 20A F/Bb double French horn in lacquer finish. Features include a 12mm bore, gold brass construction with nickel trim, titanium valves, extra large American (A) bell, and detachable bell flare. Instrument is in good/fair condition apart from surface scratching and lacquer wear throughout, some dings/dents, a fair amount of dent repair on the bell tail, some acid bleed at points on the lacquer, and some pitting at contact points on the left hand.
This horn isn't looker, but it plays quite well and has good compression (1.0 on the F side, 2.0 on the Bb side). Includes Conn cut bell case.
