Product Information
Used Yamaha YHR-667D F/Bb double French horn in lacquer finish. Features include a Geyer/Knopf wrap, 12mm bore, and detachable medium yellow brass bell flare. Instrument is in good condition apart from surface scratching and some lacquer wear, some pitting at contact points, some resoldering and prior dent repair throughout the horn (particularly on the bell flare and bell tail).
Compression is good with most of the Bb side below 2.0 and most of the F side at 2.0 (third valve F side is at 2.5). This 667D plays very well. Includes Yamaha cut bell case.
